young bluetick found injured, Lake O Pines Texas

I found a young blue tick coon hound at Lake O Pines Texas. He was on the Alley Creek bridge. He has a injured leg. Very swollen. I took him to vet and he has no chip. I do not have money for him to see vet. And I cannot keep him because I have 3 aggressive dogs. I tried to find owner with no success. He is a young dog and I need someone to come and get him. My name is Carole Randel. My number is 9034249396. Do not want to take him to animal shelter because I am scared they would put him down.
