Info on Branding dogs

Just wondering if anyone had any advice on doing this? I am considering it on some of my dogs.

What is the best size brand to use??

When is the best time of the year to do it??

I know there are people that do this but is there anyone close to East Tennessee???

Any information or advice would be appreciated.

Here's a real good site on Freeze branding. They sell the irons and it has step by step instructions on branding. I've used these instructions on my hounds and it works very well.
