Rig/start dog NEEDED

Im down to having only three dogs. One is a 5 yr old redtick he will pack in really good and runs hard, but he is not trustworthy enough to get bears going if there are coyote tracks around. I have a 2 yr old that will run everything under the sun if given the chance, just needs to see more bears. The third is a 5 month old pup. So what I need is a good bear dog that is completely trash free, and will rig and start and run it's own bears. Not looking for a 5000 dog just a good dog that will keep mine on bears. Can be a slow dog I don't care just needs to strike, start and jump a bear. My 2 other dogs will run bears pretty good just need a good start dog
