Line Breeding Question

I have a question about my Sires pedigree. How many generations out will he need to be in order to establish "line breeding" and not "inbreeding" with his pedigree, and in the future; his future litters' registrations.
He is a great example of the best the breed offers, and I am wanting to continue his line when he gets older. His puppies have been an amazing exhibit of the very best of his looks, performance, and health.

In breeding would be mother to son, father to daughter, or full brother to full sister. Anything further out would be considered as line breeding.
