Bo is at my house in Oklahoma and is still able to produce a litter of pups. we have had him collected and vet checked in last couple months and sperm count is still High.

Bo will be here I assume till he dies.

Bo is just shy of 13. That's why we checked him couple times before we said much about him being in Oklahoma.

That is a definite! Especially if you are gonna be there! My Dad is terminally ill I have been spending a lot of time at the hospital he actually called me from his room while I was in the woods with pups tonight! I will need a nice break come June and look forward to it John.

Millers thunder lipps (lipper)

Just wanted to give props to this line of hounds . I coon hunted for bout seventeen years and this first dog i owned was English dog off rocky run blue terry and a female named gerdie. His name was lipper. His was by far the best hound i ever owned and ever seen . He was specially elite. Now being i was 12 then n he was 7 i believe i hunted three yrs till he died . I never had anything else close to his caliber n eventually ruined coon hunting for me cause he spoiled me that much . He was a big 90 pound sucker n beautiful. He had the best nose I'd ever seen .laying coons up was easy n often . Superior track dog he would drift a cold track like it was hot n more accurate than any i seen. He was throw dirt in your face alone or company. Take tracks as they came . He would tree close if one sitting up or he would go three mile if had to made him no difference burning threw woods no farting around n lolly gagging around he was all buisness n coon crazy. U could hunt him all night n u got his 110 effert all night.for being ninety pounds (muscular) he moved like he was fourty pounds all endurance .Just a once n lifetime hound . Ruined me lol but just wanted to say if i was gonna get a hound n start up again i would get me multiple bo pups . Im a believer in rocky run blue terry hounds . I owned and finished many hounds nitech and grandnites and hunted in major hunts and hunted w and against big name stud dogs but lipper was in his own class above them . Hope u get a boat load more bo pups n straw him out . I would beat ol bo is this kind of hound as well but i guarantee a lot better than lipper if terry kept him to replace ol blue Terry as his next one .no doubt on that .im just a guy trying to help out some new or young coon hunter best advise get ya bo pup or breed your female to bo while u can u won't regret. Lipper had I believe 33 pups sired by him. Unfortunately he was bred before I got him never got a litter myself. I had bought a female that was yr old that was directly off of gntch blue river frosty named rose I planned on breeding him to. I used Lipper to train her. By the tome she was I called a coondog n ready to breed she was 2.she came in heat n we was excited to finally ready to get our Lipper pups. It was during coon season. I left Rose at home since she was in heat on third day and took Lipper solo to tree some coons. Old Lipper had one treed on side of a sixty foot rock cliff. I started to sqaul to check tree n find the coon. I was gonna tie Lipper up after I found coon n knock it out. As I started to squal the coon bailed out n jumped over cliff n Lipper went over after it. Still have nightmares of it. I'll never understand while I didn't leash him up first thing but I would've never thought it would jump out over cliff. Lipper did live, broke his back n all his legs. He was all heart, the time I got down to him had the coon his mouth. He managed to crawl to it n finish his job. I was bawling w guilt. I carried him out of the woods. He was never able to breed again. But vet said he would never walk or hunt again. Four months later Lipper got his noodle legs under him n walked. Six months after incident at the age of 9 he could still tree coins on his noodled back legs. I would take the old man only alone n let him do what he loved until he died. Out of all lippers great traits his heart n desire to do what he loved was the greatest.

I lost my father suddenly in may 2012. it is something no one can ever be ready for however we have to put our faith where it belongs and no better times are ahead of us. also even though sad it is good to look back on all the fun times and memories we did have.
