Registration

I bought a dog and the breeder registered the dog and sold it, the buyer filled out form but never sent it in, how do I go about registering her in my name without papers being declined due to whiting out or marking out info that has been written on form?

You'll need to print out one of our Affidavit forms from our website, fill it out and send it in with the registration papers.
