How to get a Feist dog registered???

Was wondering how to go about getting a feist dog registered with the UKC?
No papers on him and no papers on the parents of the dog. Would you start with a dog DNA test then have repetitiveness from the UKC come and checkout the dog to see if he would or could be half registered?
Then if you breed him with a female that had papers how would the pups be registered?
How much would it cost as I know the dog DNA is around $80 or so.

Sounds like your dog would be eligible to be registered as an X-Bred Feist. No dna nor inspection necessary. Simply follow the steps on this form. Good luck with your dog!
