I just got a male rebone that just turned 2 yrs old and got copy of his puppy papers with him ,, what do I need to do to get his permanent papers. his ukc number is W479-983
SIRE NUMBER IS W252-799
DAM NUMBER IS W281-833

Fill them out and send them in with a minimum fee of $49.00.

I don't have the original pup papers just a printed copy.

To register the dog with us you must fill out and send in the original papers. If they have been lost, the breeder can apply for another set by filling out one of our Applications for Duplicate Registration. We will issue them another set of puppy papers and they would sign them over to you.
