Paper bedding?

Has anyone used the new absorbent paper bedding for your dog house? I have a dog with bad allergies and straw and wood shavings makes her lose her hair. I've had to use dog beds and blankets in the winter for her. So on sunny days she pulls out the blanket to lay on outside and get it snowy and wet. I was looking at the paper bedding but worried if they eat it if it would swell up and cause a blockage in there bowls. Has anyone tried it for dogs or pups?

newspapers

Ive used shreded newspapers for years with no problem.Clean and seems to keep dogs warm in cold weather.

I tried shredded paper, but got tired of picking it up out of the yard. Every time the wind blew, it was everywhere.

We use them. Every year he buys new pads for the dog box and move the old ones into the dog houses. They really helped Mafia's pressure sores he had gotten when he got old, I wish I'd thought of it sooner. In the winter I still keep straw too.

I have a Royism on the pads, I bought them used them a good while thought I will put new form in them. Good idea, went to a hobby store that offered the thickness I needed. Told the lady the size I wanted. She said it would be about twenty minutes went got a coffee next door came back they were bagged up. How much do I owe you 90 dollars her reply. The same price I could have bought new ones. Yep a Royism Linda let me know I should have asked the price
