undelivered Permanent registration papers

To Admin:
Sometime on the 3rd week of February, 2019, I applied for permanent registrations of 4 American pit terrier puppies, 2 males and 2 females .
of which my credit card was charged with $146 US on February 26, 2019.

Unfortunately, I haven't received any paper up to this time.
Please find time to check on the status of my application. Thank you very much!
