6 months and no papers

I would really appreciate some help. I submitted permanent registration for a pup back in January. I made a dumb move and didn’t copy papers. I’ve waited through the que only to be disconnected. I’ve submitted a call back number four times with no reply. I’ve sent a chat request and told it was being worked on and that was over a month ago. I’m truly at a loss for what’s going on. After 20 years of hunting UKC and serving as a Master of Hounds and bench show judge this comes as an utter disappointment. I can be reached at 870-674-4474 or email at dwalker@wingmead.com.
