Dog want eat

Young dog has quit eating acts like she feels ok but just not eating anything put a egg down her this morning any ideas

Is the dog still drinking water? How old? Check it's stool, look for blood or mucus. Check it's temperature rectally, if it is above 102.5 see your vet. Check inside it's mouth for injury or foriegn object (stick or ect).
Sometimes dogs just don't feel well just like us but dogs like to eat and it is most always the first sign we notice that something is wrong. I've seen dogs sick from something as simple as needing wormed to as complicated as an obstruction in the intestines to as dangerous as parvo.
Just recently Shack didn't eat well and it appeared he had bit his tongue or injured it in some way. Mouth sores heal quickly and by day 2 he was eating like a horse like always.

not eating

At home, i cook some bacon, side pork or any meat & put some of grease (just a little) on dog food. On the road, buy a can of 'juicy' dog food that is like canned beef stew & mix with dry that they are used to. If they won't eat either option here, you better get it vet checked. Take care, Ron.
