T5 mini ?

Just recently bought a T 5 mini for a backup and for the hunts.. it beeps when I link it up but my alpha never picks it up just a ? Mark.. the alpha picks all my other collars up no problem.. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.. I’ve updated on the garmin website with the USB port too
