i was on a ukc cast over the weekend.had a cast member pull out his thermal and start using on his dogs tree.i did not say anything,till when it wasnt his dogs tree he didnt use it.so i questioned as to why.i got no reasponsable explation i ask the judge and he replied..since it is his dogs tree he has the right to shine the tree the first 2 minutes any way he wishes.so my question is in a ukc event are thermals allowed
