I sold a dog to a guy thats not wanting to pay for
Her he grabed the papers whille i swaping them out now i beleave he sign the back of them and put in his name please help

If he has the papers you would need to apply for duplicate papers as soon as possible. Once we issue you duplicate papers, the original papers will be void. You can print the duplicate application off our website.
