Transfer papers to my name

Can anyone help me and point me in the r\ Direction to have papers transferred ? never done it before previous owner already signed bill of sale . Thanks

Finish filling out the new owner section on bill of sale select the package you want and mail it to Ukc. The address is at the bottom of the bill of sale. With the issues they are having with mail getting lost I’d send it with a tracking number and then you wait on them to get them processed and sent back.
