Hello , UKC charged my debit card on 04/20/2020 $29.00 to register my dog . Today is 06/02/2020 I haven’t received my papers nor have I received an email telling me that they have been mailed . I’m sure if isn’t because of the mail ( I’m a retired Rural Mail Carrier ) so don’t blame it on the mail , it’s probably covid-19 the new excuse .

Mr Smith said my papers were processed on 05/21/2020 . I didn’t receive an email notice that they were mailed . As I said before they charged my debit card on 04/20/2020 a full month before they processed them . I find this odd . He said that their mail isn’t picked up on a regular basis. I retired as a rural mail carrier it didn’t work that way when I was working This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems and all of those were before covid 19 .Everyone blames the post office it’s an excuse for incompetence.

I said the mail hadn't been being picked up on a regular bases due to the fact that we're not working in the building right now due to the Corona virus. Normally we have our mail picked up and delivered every day.
