UKC Please be sure to consider MY REFUND on my ...RUSH....mail that I sent out on NOV 18 for A SINGLE PUP LITTER . I have received OTHER paperwork recently from UKC that I sent out... REGULAR MAIL... on NOV 15... I understand Covid and Holiday rush has created mail issues HOWEVER I DONT THINK I SHOULD FORFIET MONEY THAT WAS PAID FOR A RUSH RETURN and I didnt receive RUSH SERVICE...Sincerely, J.B. Grice

I sent a transfer in with "rush" also. The check cleared the bank a couple weeks ago. Messaged Russell and they put wrong address on it
He never said how the problem would be solved. Bottom line I feel i should get my rush fees back. Something needs done to speed up paperwork.
