Deacon is a coon hound through and through. Had the pleasure to hunt with Deacon and he is allot of fun to follow. Also own a three year old female off deacon , allot of hunt, no backing up in her , good mouth, accurate, loves to get by herself. Don't think you will go wrong breeding to this one.Terry done a good job with this one.

Not to many of these yadkin River dogs get hunted in competition, most are owned by regular every night Coonhunters. But every once in awhile they get to come to town, Deacon has showed what he can do in the woods hundreds of times, notice I said hundreds not dozens of times. This is a coondog, now he is starting to show what he can do in the stud pen. One of his oldest pups just finished to grand nite at 2 years old. All you guys wanting to get coondogs from your females give Pete a call.

Just found out Joe Watson's pup out of Deacon got 2nd place at Habersham Ga. RQE headed to the zones in September, Congrats to Joe, Josh and Hunter
