Grnitech Grch Sky's Bawlin' Blue Rocket (OPPY X SKY "Bullet bred")

I am offering Rocket at stud by private treaty. He turned 4 on 6-28-14. He is a fairly large male at 80 pounds. He has an above average mouth, and is a good strike dog. Rocket is a hard tree dog that likes to look up. By himself he is as accurate as I've seen, and in a cast he tends to miss more. He can keep a track moving very well, and has the ability to tree layup "sitting" coon with style. I don't believe he's the greatest thing since sliced bread, but I do think he can contribute to the breed.
He has won some fair sized hunts and shows that I was able to attend.
Rocket finished to nitech with 2-1st place wins, and a 2nd in 12 hunts. He had 11 cast wins as a nitech to finish to grand.

I'll show him in the woods any time with, or without company. All I ask is you'll do the same with your female.

Rocket is not paid up as a 2018 performance sire.

I'm not looking to be the next big name, or pump my dog up to be more than he is. He honestly is a lot more fun to hunt solo than he is a cast. Rocket will hunt out solo as far as he needs to get struck, and will get treed, and that is not a stretch. He hunts the timber out, and doesn't seem to pass many coon up on his own.

Congrats on finishing Rocket you have done a great job with him. He is all coon dog and deserves the title as well as a chance to pass it on.
Folks I have been around Rocket since Tully whelped this litter. He has been a natural coon dog from an early age. He is a hound that is smart, great mouth, ,drive and tree dog.
I tried making a cross on him last year with my old Jenny dog,but she never came Into season. I have one here now that if she continues to put it all together will have a date with Rocket.
I don't own a hair on this dog, have spent many nights with him in the Timber though. Feel free to call me if you have questions or better yet set up a hunt with Rocket.

Thanks a lot for the kind words. I do enjoy him a lot.

This cut on his foot is looking a lot better. I'm hoping he's healed pretty well by next weekend. He has a few young dogs to show the ropes to this kill season.

Not as of now. I was working on a couple deals that fell through. There's a few young prospects close to home that will be bred to Rocket if they continue to progress.

The way things look rocket will be bred to Perry's old girlfriend dog late summer this coming heat cycle wasn't in the cards so I will breed her to grizzly this cycle
