2016 NBPPA World Hunt Qualification?

Where do you find the qualification rules for the Performance Pack World Hunt?

There are no qualification requirements other than the dog must be UKC registered. If not yet registered, you may single register the dog on the day of the event. Show up with your hound and enter on day of the event.

Do you still qualify for the prize package if you aren't a NBPPA member?
