Snow everywhere

I will just be a internet coonhunter for a while and after all this leg stuff maybe I can get back in the woods down the road God willing. Biopsy on Wed and I must say I'm very nervous about it all. Life goes on know matter what. I just hope I'm able to continue to hunt and dance in the future. If not there will be dogs for sale.

I'm ready to hunt or something. Weather sucks. On a good note next week in the 50's and 60's so just maybe a man can get a hound out to play in the melting snow.

He is mud fat and heavy on his feet but I'd say all that will change running loose a few months. I like him. Normally I pick the dark blue ones but this time I went a different direction in color. That automatic feeder does wonders for pups when they are growing. Hank Taber did a great job in keeping him fat and healthy. The pup is bold and isn't afraid of anything at this point. He gets to play with two rowdy young boys that will keep him busy being social and chasing hides and whatever they come up with.

Thursday then I hope for a speeding recovery on my calf so I can hit the woods and some hunts here real soon. I might turn loose tonight because it may be a few before I turn loose again.

I won't be hunting for a few weeks but I will get back in soon as the doctor takes this drain out of my leg and gives me the go ahead.

Leg is getting better

I hope this week the Dr will pull the drain from my leg and stitch me up. I ready to get in the woods. We have a lot of good weather and the dogs are wound tight and ready for some action.
Time will tell. I must think of my heath first.

Good weather and NCAA basketball

Our high school championships start this weekend and next so if nothing else I will watch plenty basketball.
Leg is bleeding as much today as it did the first day I got home.

Drain is removed

Now I just need to wait a few days before I can start hunting. I'd say by Wed next week I will be in the woods. I hope. Stitches come out the following week. Calf looks good and back to normal at this point.
