I've checked under your name and the name of the dog and I'm not showing that we've received anything as of yet.
I applied for a single registration 14 June and made payment $50

Is this different? Please let me know if something is wrong

We did receive your application. We are holding it due to a problem. The problem is that since both parents are UKC registered and your dog is under a year of age we need a written signed statement from the registered owner of the Dam at the time of the breeding telling us that they have no intention of registering the litter and that they give us permission to register the dog into your name. They also need to mention that we are holding the papers under (your name) and give us the name of the dog. This signed statement can be faxed or e-mailed to us. We sent you an e-mail last week explaining this. maybe it went to your junk or spam folder. You may want to check for the e-mail.
When I last asked if my dog's mother was registered, she replied that she was not registered. So I reply single registration.
When I brought my puppy from Europe, I did not get a litter paper.
I can not meet my dog mother 's owner, nor can I contact him.
Please let me know how I can solve it.
Thanks UKC

You can wait till your dog is over a year of age, then as long as the litter isn't registered we can go ahead with your single registration. Otherwise we need a signed statement from the Dam owner stating what I said in my previous post.
So if my dog is one year old, is it possible to register only as a single?
Do I have to apply again online?
What happened to my payment last month?
Do you return it to me again?

You already did a single registration so you do not have to do another one. We have probably already taken the money off your card so we'll hold your application until the dog is a year of age. We'll send you a letter with a control number. Once the dog turns a year of age you can send us a post or e-mail with the control number and let us know the dog is over a year of age and then we can process the application.
I got it.
How will you send the control number to me? Email or post?

You're welcome. Have a great day!
Hello!
My dog became one year old. Is there anything I need to do to get my dog registration?

Please reply with the single control number we've assigned to your application.
Sorry. I do not know if a single control number?
Where is it? How can I find it?
You said you would send me a single control number
but I did not receive it.
