North Star Blue Oakley

At stud: By Private Treaty. Oakley is usually a 3rd or 4th strike dog and a 1st tree dog. He likes to get by himself a lot! He drifts the track out with a nice bawl mouth and doesn't bark in the same spot twice and comes treed with a choke down locate and turns it over to a steady chop. If you feel Oakley can be an asset to your breeding program get ahold of me on here or by phone 641-328-2193.

He currently has 2 litters on the ground. The 1st ones are June 2013 pups and most that have been messed with are already running and treeing. The other litter was born November 2013 and haven't been messed with much.

Oakley is a track driving fool that runs to catch!! I've hunted with Oakley a couple times, and he can make it look easy!! Trent is as honest as the day is long and won't blow smoke your direction. I will have myself an Oakley pup, or use him when the time is right. Good luck with him, Trent.

Oakley

Oakley is a nice little dog that I've only hunted with a few times, but everything Trent said is exactly what I have seen. He keeps a track moving way better than the average hound, is independent, and he forgot to mention that he is very good about having the grease when he comes treed!

ill second what has been said i hunted with trent and oakley last year at bboa days and they looked good well oakley did. trent is a super nice guy. on the last tree my dog was alone and would have one if we found it and he looked as hard as i did to try and find it for her. good luck in the future trent

IS A GOOD HOUND THAT IS FROM A LONG LINE OF GOOD HOUNDS. HIS ABILITIES ARE NO FLUKE AS HE OPERATES LIKE MANY OF HIS ANCESTORS AND WILL HAVE HIS COON WHEN HE TREES. THIS DOG IS BRED TO REPRODUCE AND THE KROUGH'S WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT. GOOD LUCK WITH HIM TRENT. <v>

Thank you everyone for the kind words. He is here for anyone to see at anytime I don't have anything to hide. I will turn him loose any possible way somebody wants to see him go. As of right now, I will have him at Bluetick Days.

I hunted with a pup last night out of his first litter and he is very green having only seen one coon in his life. He got split last night and has one heck of a mouth on him!With any luck he could be in some hunts by the end of this year.

I have hunted with Oak several times both pleasure hunting and in competition. He is a coon dog ,and backed by several generation of coondogs as well. He will reproduce the same.

He's still here for anyone to use or hunt with. He should be a grand by now, but I have a young family and the hunts have been put on the back burner. So don't let the nite champion title sway you away. He's the favorite dog I've unsnapped night after night. I can guarantee you one thing about him there won't be any bs behind anything I've said or a big clique or possy following me or him.

I got to hunt with Oakley a couple weeks ago..women had us scrambling for time so we're only able to make 2 dumps..he performed just like a dog should..turned em loose both dogs got split about 75 yards Oakley had the coon..turned em both loose from there both got in there Oakley treed about 8-900 yards had a coon walked to maxs tree and she had a coon..couldn't ask for a better short hunt!
