Lost papers

I'm going to purchase a dog and the owner has lost the papers but has the easy entry card. Can I use that to get new paper? Or what do I need to do to get new papers?

You cannot use the Easy Entry card to get a set of papers on the dog. The current registered owner of the dog would have to fill out one of our Application for Duplicate Registration forms. They would send the application to us, we would issue them another set of papers and they would sign those over to you.
