thanks everybody for your kind words.

now that season is over i plan on running some hunts got out of it for a while but this pup has put the fire back in me with some luck i hope to duel grand him this summer and run some pkc hunts hes got 54$ won so far and hopfully i can put him in a few water races.

Moonshine comes from a very nice cross,with two nitechs and one with two firsts so far and they are still yearlings.And one more thing,there is not a pedigree on a hound in this breed with more big hunt winners in it.Little Pepper,Jake,Brandy,Ghost,Kate,Ratt,Missi,Rocker and Cookie all have won in the big ones.

Brian I really like Ginger ive hunted her every night but Monday and tonight and shes treed me coons each night, I don't see any problem making a Duel CH as long as I can keep my head right and not make mistakes like I did Monday night at the pkc hunt its been tough lately my cousin passed away lastweek and on the way to the hunt mondaynight my sister called and told me my uncle passed away shortly after I left for the hunt.But I agree this shoud be a great cross.

thanks Wade , he has been an all natural from the time I bought him from Brian at 4months old he started treeing and hunting out 500yards+ at 4.5 months old some coons got away at first and some didn't after about 7months none got away and still haven't he is the most accurate dog I have ever seen he has never slick treed at all on me except he did back 2 dogs back in season on a slick it was the first and last time for either of those two problems he is usually a first treedog. he hunts on the run and pretty wide normally you pull him off a tree with or with out company he don't mind if others follow and he is a one bark tree dog he is very straight if he barks its a coon and he has real good mouth also, not mean at all just aint in him if others fight hel give them room and keep treeing or move around the tree its almost like hes human sometimes. he took first place in his second hunt at 6months old made DuelCH at 9months old in 4 hunts at 3 different clubs. Sounds like a real nice hound!keep up the good work with him and push him to grand.How quick does he get struck in a cast, is he tight mouthed or open real quick.His ped is awesome just curious on how that blood mixed as far as how Shine acts from truck to tree. Shine sure seems like the kind of dog I would like to breed into my dogs.

Wade he is usually a first sometimes a second strike dog but not very often a second but always clean and honist at everything from truck to tree, he opens verywell wile tracking and has a good cold nose aswell runs a track strait to the tree even when others are going backwards or standing on there heads. garry
