Garmin DC50

Recently updated 320 handheld and my DC50 collars, now am only able to add one of the collars, the other will not pickup. Any ideas? Collar turns on and flashes green as normal.

Do you happen to know/remember what you collar ID number was. That would for manual addition of your collar.
I will discuss this with the crew today and see what we can come up with.

I think you should try a master reset on your handheld and see if it then works.

Sadly i dont have the ID for the collar.

My other DC50 and my T5 mini picked up right away.

Am attempting (unsuccessfully so far) to do a reset on my collar.

Bruce, I hung the collar outside turned on for about 10 minutes and tried connecting again and it picked up first try.
