Performance Sire

I had a litter of puppies the beginning of December and in the process of getting 3 different KCs paperwork filled out I forgot to pay my sire up for performance. Can I do that now on the litter or can I pay him up for last year?

The Sire would have had to have been paid up as a 2018 Performance Sire by the end of last year, therefore the litter is not eligible for nomination into the Performance Program.
