Beagle events in NC

I'm looking to take my younger son to a Beagle event in NC. We hunt bear with plotts and walkers. He has been to the National Plott Hound Association regionals north of Asheville where they have a treeing contest and mechanical bear for a baying contest, but he has continued to express interest in beagles and I want to honor his request. Are there any events after Jan 1st (end of bear season) you'd recommend for me to bring him? thanks
