Lost pup papers

So I bought as young female in August. The guy I bought her from lost/threw away her pup papers. What I'm wondering is, can the breeder of the litter file for lost pup papers on her?

Yes. The breeder would need to fill out one of our Application for Duplicate Registration forms, which they can download from our website. They will fill it out and send it in to us with $15.00. We'll issue them another set of pup papers and they can sign them over to you.

No. The breeder needs to fill out & sign the application. We will issue them another set of papers and they can sign them over to you.
