Could the wicked witch be on the verge of indictment? I see where a federal judge has ruled she has to give a deposition on the email thing. Oh she will figure out how to slide out of it, but now we know why the fuss over Trump's appointments. They have no loyalty to crooks and treason committing politicians.

I think Trump knew he'd need to set people in key positions and get rid of some of the corrupt ones before anything being done so high up the political food chain. Patience pays off and now, hopefully, we'll see some real justice happen.

I don't think they can go back because statue of limitations has passed but new information could come to light. She can also be tried if she lies under oath. She cannot plead the 5th in this procedure. Interestingly her defense will be from the DOJ and if she were to ever face a trial the prosecution would also be the DOJ.
If nothing else I commend Judicial Watch for being like a dog after a bone on so many issues. FOIA requests are what has brought so much corruption into the light for many years now. It was them that first discovered her use of this private server and emails to begin with. Let's not forget that "renegade" and many others emailed her on her non- government private account.

Picture this scenario... I set up an email account, I give several others the password to said account. I write a draft not sent to anyone. I send some sort of communication to you or all who have the password to read the draft. That draft is deleted and another one typed, ect, ect, ect, ect. They never thought that she would lose, they never considered being caught. Even our drafts can be read. The rabbit hole is deep and looks more and more like a maze by their design, it's been being constructed for decades now.

I'm pretty sure there is no statute of limitations on treason. There would be no reason for a private server so it's extremely suspicious that it was secretively put in a compromised situation and then hacked. It looks intentional.

If you go back and do some reading you will see that even guccifer exchanged emails on it. Why would she be emailing a known hacker JS. Fyi the name user name renegade I referenced was BO's name used in the scam.

I did read further and you are right the limitations statue has passed on some of her crimes, but there are so many to pick from that have no limits. Maybe the families of some of the folks who disappeared when she and slick willie were in office could attest to that. That witch is so twisted up into corruption that if they could ever get the truth from her, 3/4 of the democratic party would be behind bars in less than 48 hours. Make her depose, then charge her with lying, because there is no truth in her.
