I had trouble finding it too. Make sure you are accessing it during normal business hours. Bottom right hand corner is chat emblem.

A friend of mine had a question about finishing his dog into Night Champion before the papers were returned in his name and then not being able to change the dogs name.

He called and was on hold for 2 hours and then his call got dropped. The next day he called back and again was on hold for two hours. I got his dogs UKC number from him, got on the chat, and I had the answer for him in less than 10 minutes. I took photo's of the chat messages and sent them to him. He still stayed on the phone for another hour, was within one phone call of being next, and the phone call dropped again.

My recommendation is to use the chat. LOL.
