Champions Classic Cast #1 Play by Play

Wednesday, April 28 about 9pm eastern

Cast 1 is Jojo handled by Jessie Devore, Kizz handled by Jacob Reed, Dixie handled by Jeff Nelson, and Goldie handled by Ronnie Norris.

Cast 1 is headed to the woods.

Cast 1 has arrived at the woods. Been raining off and on here in Peru all day, but it's calm at the moment.

Dogs have been cast. A few barks but nothing serious. Minute is up.

Dixie struck for 100, Kizz for 75 off to the right. Goldie for 50, and Jojo for 25. All dogs struck in, they are not too far off.

Goldie has been treed for 125! Now Jojo for 75, Kizz for 50. Dixie is not treed yet.

Dixie has now been treed with the cast. All 4 dogs on the same tree, it's a big tree. Everyone is shining with red lights for the first 2 minutes.

A few leaves on the tree, but should be easy to find if he is there.

Big hole in the tree, it's circled.

Dogs have been lined up and cut again.

Dixie struck for 100 after the minute. Nothing else struck in yet. Dixie working towards the right of the cast.

8 working, but now broke by Dixie

Rain is picking up and might make it hard to hear.

Jojo struck for 75 and now Jojo treed for 125!

Goldie struck for 50 with a line.

Stopped to listen and and Goldie treed for 75.

Dixie treed for 25 and the tree is closed.

Walking in now.

The tree is down in a gully.

No Dixie on this tree, but Kizz is there.

Raining hard now. Shining the tree and it is a leaner going into another tree.

Oh no, tree is minused. Starting the 8 on Dixie.

Cast has walked out into a plowed field and listening for Dixie.

The 8 has caught Dixie, and the other 3 have been cut. Strike is open.

Kizz has been struck for 100 and it's still raining hard.

Goldie struck for 75

Dixie struck for 50

Kizz is getting deep. Tightening up on the cast.

Cast stopped to listen. They can hear Goldie and Dixie in the opposite direction. 21 min left to hunt.

Jojo struck for 25

Jojo treed for 125, followed by Kizz for 75. Cast is walking.
