Registering a pup with UKC parents from un-reg litter

I recently acquired a rat terrier pup. Both parents are UKC reg. I have their names and reg numbers. But the breeders didnt reg the litter. Is there anyway to get her full UKC reg or would it just be a performance listing? Thanks

The pup would have to be at least 6 months old before you can single register it with us. If it's less than a year of age when you apply for registration, then we will need a signed statement from the registered owner of the Dam at the time of the breeding stating that they have no intention of registering the litter and that they give us permission to single register the dog.
