Pups
All right everyone that has called or texted me, Rhonda took. I will start a list now. If you want on it, PM, call or text me your name, the number of pups you want and sex desired. Pups will be S/S and Performance Program paid up. Their due date is Jan 4th and will be weaned the end of Feb. They will be $500. Call or text me at 423-605-3757.
I took a tight linebred T Top female and outcrossed her to a B III male to get Rhonda. Then I linebred Rhonda to another B III Grandpup. This is what it looks like on paper.

Thanks Gary, that one is all Clint. Here is Rhonda with her mom, Wendy. I wonder what these pups will look like all stretched out on a tree?
Wow I like that pedigree!!

Pups should be some real tree huggers. There is a 6 mos old puppy from Rhonda's first litter that is already being hunted by himself and treeing coons.
A lot of research and planning went into this cross. There are a lot of Reproducers in there and not one weak link. Every dog in the pedigree is a real coon dog. And some of the best historical crosses ever made are in there.
Richard
Do you remember the night we hunted Old Mandolin and Sally at Southern Redbone Days, I believe it was. There were two males in the cast also. Sally went right, down a creek and Mandolin went straight over the hill across a piece that was stripped of trees. We got them off a den, treed together. The males fell in right behind us and followed us across the open cut over. Would have been nice to hunt those two girls together a bunch more but time and distance prevailed. They would have been hellacious on the coon population. Good luck with those pups.In a couple years we can take the best male and breed him to Nt Ch Pigeon River Penny. She is here at my place. Has 2 wins toward Gr Nt, Lucas.
Yes Mark, actually I do remember that night. It was a long time ago, must of been 15 yrs ago. The top hounds in this pedigree go way on back. Gr Nt PKC Gold Ch Sandy Creek Jake is even in there. And it is pretty neat when you know what you have because you have actually hunted with those old dogs. It makes the research a lot easier. You know what dogs were man made and which ones were for real.
Looks like that would be a real good cross, they should be some good coon dogs out of that.

Did I say whole family of coondogs? Rhonda's 3/4 sister and puppies Aunt is now second in the PKC Redbone Breed Standings and in the Top 16 in Tennessee State Standings.
Nice Cross
Pistol is throwing nice pups. Looks like a great cross.

A little Fireball crossed with a little T-Top worked real nice so I figured that a lot of Fireball crossed with a lot of T- Top should work even better.
