Question....
My Buddy bought a 6 year old Walker Female that still has Pup Papers on her. The guy he got her from didn't care about Papers.
He likes this Hound and would like to get the Papers in his Name....what does he need to do ?

I sent email to registration department also. Got reply email stating how busy they are and would get back to me.
Must be a hard question.

Send in the puppy papers and select the over 1-year-old option. The papers will walk you through it step by step.
