Training dogs is not so much about quantity, it's more about timing, and the right situations...After that it's up to the dog....A hunting dog is born...

He fell out of a tree.He seems ok i felt him over and didn't find anything just walking kind of stiff.

It might be better if he had a little pain. That is nature's way of slowing them down so they can heal. It will also make him think twice about climbing again.
