tattooed hound in KY?

nice looking hound in her prime with tattoo 701 or 1701 in her right ear found in Taylorsville KY 9/26. I was contacted by the shelter in Spencer County KY asking if there was any way to find her owner by the tattoo. Looks like an old fashioned saddlebacked redbone, white blaze on her chest, nice feet. Looks well taken care of. Someone must be missing her. Anyone recognize the tattoo? Please share with anyone who might know of someone or some group that tattoos their hounds with numbers in their ears in that part of the world. The shelter has lined up rescue for her, so she will be spayed and adopted out soon if her owner isn't found.

owner has been found

the hound was adopted out from Long Run Woodford fox hunt and had jumped the fence. She will be home tomorrow. Thank you.
