Got papers back on a gyp I bought. Had to fill out an affidavit because her puppy papers were never sent in. So some month or so later I get papers back with correct dog name my adress but previous owners name. Sent an email a week and few days ago because I was 2 or 300 in que on the phone, hear nothing . Live chat get response quickly (great). Oh just send papers back attention to registration we will get some new ones to you. Why can they not send me new ones I’ll send incorrect ones back. Same response ,send papers back we will get new papers sent. You cashed my check I filled out your paperwork I did not make the mistake. This gyp is bred and now I am afraid by the time I get these papers back and finally get the pups registered who knows how long or what mess this will be. Sent performance sire in last year never seen anything. They say never received ( might be the case) or they are somewhere in the building who knows. My point is I see people complaining all the time about the papers. I understand you are busy got a lot going on maybe it is time to hire some more people. That’s my rant for the day

time to stop making excuses and hire some freaking help!!!!

Where I live, every store and restaurant has a sign in the window saying help wanted. They can't get any employees. I tried to go out to eat last week. The hostess said wait time was 1 hr. I said, "look at all of the empty tables". She said, "we don't have waitresses for them". People are making more on unemployment, welfare and stimulus checks. The government is paying them not to work. Welcome to Socialism. Now y'all are seeing what a socialist society looks like.

Tough Conditions if you are looking for help in about any profession right now..At a hunt in Indiana this week and went to Hardees this morning for breakfast that had one employee directing traffic telling everyone that she is sorry but the whole crew didnt show up to work this morning..

Here is a good 1 for you . Pups born 1-29-21. Litter reg on line 1-29 perf paid up so 180.00. 2-18 , get a letter saying thanks for bn apart of the perf program and letting us know there is still time to pay up the pups ???? We didn’t get any pup papers , so a call and of coarse a day wait , we are told papers mailed 2-18, wait 3 wks nothing shows up , call again , they don’t have anything on the litter , then they do but have to wait 30 days , if not received duplicates will be done . So 30 days up , call of coarse take all day , first response we don’t have anything on them , then they do and duplicates will be done tomorrow. Wait 2 wks nothing , call again , duplicates not done will do tomorrow. So here we are this wk , 9 wks later , papers show up . They were 8 pups in the litter only got 5 , Ukc reason envelope not big enough for all 8 papers , other 3 will be sent out at different time . Why not send them same day in 2 different envelopes ?? What is the deal after 20 plus years is the envelope size a problem ? How about just send my 180.00 back !!!

I waited almost 8 months on DNA certificate, at least it had the right name I guess, the other KC was just about a month

Yep since Covid started it has been terrible. No wonder so many people don't register their dogs anymore. I have had better luck with the chat feature than calling their office. I put a tracking number on a set of papers and I know they received them and the check was cashed but I hadn't received papers..got a hold of someone on the chat and she found the papers in the office I spend another $49 to make sure that they actually sent them. Now I'm after a set of duplicate papers that's been going on 6 months at least. Wish I really didn't lose those puppy papers let me tell you lol. Hopefully they start to get stuff straightened out before they lose more business. Just frustrating

You guys don't understand how pathetic their governor is. Lots of these issues are directly at her feet.

I have even had people to come down here to Tennessee for things they were getting in Michigan that they can not stay home and get the services do due to her.

Some things may be UKC but as someone that has to deal with companies all over the US Michigan and Cali are intentionally killing business with their regulations using Covid as an excuse. I have changed suppliers on things because you can't get it from those states any more.

Again I am not saying they may not be responsible for some, but I am saying that it may have alot to do with their regulations and not allowing people to come in and work in person, doing it alternating times/weeks and things like that.
