I sent in pup papers 3 weeks ago and asked for rush service put it on envelope and paid by debit. haven't received my papers yet. when this happens can some one get a refund on the rush service. I don't think some one should pay for a service that is not provided. this is the second time in last 15 months. the first time I didn't say anything but I know this is happening to a lot of people. may sound bad but pkc does dna and has papers out with in 10 days.

Good morning, this is Laura, responding on Russell's behalf while he's out of the office.

Yes, a Rush fee can be refunded. Sometimes we are required to put the Rush service on hold due to a problem with the application. In such a situation, we would be unable to complete the registration until the problem is resolved. Once it is resolved, we would pick up the Rush service.

So we can look into the status of your application, please provide the following information:

Your name and address:
Your dog's UKC registration number and/or name:
The type of application submitted:
If a Litter Application, the UKC numbers of the Sire and Dam:
