Do the lights come on a bump cap as well as a hybrid caps and can they be switched by the user?

That would be correct..That was a paint job for magazine add but that color didn't make the final cut.. Was supposed to be burnt orange to match our squaller..The best light in the business and the best squaller in the business were going to match!Thanks!!
