Vaughn Blood Fanciers

This is the dog that I chose to head my Kennel when I started the Adkins Blue Dog Blue Line.... He was a busy, medium hunter, cold, cold nose, could really move a track, and above all, he was the hardest TREE dog I have ever seen of any kind, shape or color....

There are still a lot of dogs that are purely vaughn blooded that havent been outcrossed in my country, but I only live a few miles from elbert vaughns homeplace, so I guess that is to be expected. I dont know where any are for sale right now but I do know of some puppies on the way and a couple crosses that are going to be made that should turn out some fine hounds. Shoot me a p.m. and I`ll give you some numbers if youre interested.

Moon is a dark blue almost black with tan trim. he weighs about 100 lbs. in hunting condition ha a great big bawl mouth on track and a ringing bawl on tree.I have hunted with Moon several times and I am hard of hearing and I can hear him he's loud Moon is a real coondog but has never been in a compitition hunt He is a coondog night after night I think you will like him Glynn

King made a coondog. I just wish I had bred him more. His pups were go getters too.... Beautiful dog.....
