Tracking but wont tree

Ive got a young dog that can flat out smoke a track but just wont tree. Quits and comes back after the coon climbs . Any suggestions

Sight

Training a few times should help in area with 15 ft trees and tie it back.

Same problem here. Got one 18 months old has all the bells an whistles. Hunts deep hard and fast. Strikes fast but honest very independant will run a track locate on tree an tree a few barks then go find another.

To me it’s better than treeing and not tracking!

Guys reality is there are some things you can do with pack dogs and help but bottom line they aren't goin to tree until they are ready if they are ready and when they do like that you know they won't leave , if they don't decide themselves them you will never hVe confidence I. Them ! Maybe cut a coon and cut pup so pup almost catches it before it climbs if they don't tree on that one well probly not going to , are build a tunnel that coon goes in where dog can't get to him and make it go up a tree , but then they might be treeing by sought not scent , have they ever treesd? Are they females I ahve seen a few tht wouldn't show any interest in treeing and after there forst heat cycle they trees like they been doin it there whole life !male or female and or bloodlines on thses pups? Are young dogs ? Good luck patience time and the rite situation they will or they wont ,
