I was wounding why are thyroid problem showing up more, and which blood lines are a carrier? How do you tell if a dog have thyroid problem?

thyroid problems

A Veterinarian will take some blood from your dogs leg and test the Thyroid level, same way for heartworms , tick diseases, and run a blood panel.

We have tested about 20 Treeing Walkers , all different ages, different blood lines and every dog we test is Low.

It is passed on from the female to her pups and can cause your female unable to have pups herself my vet recommended not breeding .

You can't just make meds and not sale them. Most thyroid is b.s. that's what my vet said. So which vets know? I handle mine now just like I did before everyone had internet and thyroid issues. A good boot in the ass or bullet cures alot.

Thank you sir, I bought a female (Dual Gn PKC SCh) that was on thyroid meds, she was bred to 3 different studs, only one of her pups has a thyroid problem, but only and I said Only After he was treated for tick disease!
