T15?

My collar is showing to be in one place and when I got there there was no collar odor. It’s showing communication with the hand held but the collar has no gps signal. Anyway to fix this? I’ve been looking all over can’t hear the dog and haven’t seen him

We bought ours mainly for a beagle we run thats blind and deaf and it was always about a hundred yards off or more ,go to where its showing your dog and start walking in circles outward from there is what we did, then went back to the beep beeps
iirc the hounds were always to the east of where it said they was

Sounds to me like the thin wire running inside the collar strap holster for the GPS is broken or u got loose/dirty antenna contact from the collar.

If that was the problem would I still b able to pick up the collar? I can pick it up at .66 but when we get there. There is nothing there

Well

It might be the last position that it had tracked it, there might be a hole and the hound is in it. Or could be that the collar was taken off and thrower someplace and dog snatched up!

i had a TT15 that was acting squirley. was accurate real close, would be off by a large margin when the dog was 100-150 yards, then any farther than that and it would loose communication. i updated the collar, replaced the antenna and havent had an issue since. not that that helps you get the missing dog back now... but maybe it will pick up if you can get close enough to him

I found him and the collar he was over a mile from where the farm I was showing him. Now the collar will not connect to the handheld I’m going to send it back and have it fixed
