Daltons Blue Ridge and Hollycreek bloodlines

Does anyone out there have blue dogs with Dalton Blue Ridge or Hollycreek blood? How about McAvoys Droop? I've got a 10 1/2 month old pup with this blood that I'm real happy with so far. Just wondering how others are doing with these lines. Got him from a fella in PA who really believes in his cross and I agree. He had bought a pup from a couple a few years back. They hadn't bothered to register the dogs, so he did it for them so he could register his pup. He liked the dog so much that he went back a year later to see if they had another litter coming. The house was burned down and the dogs were tied out there basically just being fed once a day. He bought the pair and they both do a fine job in the woods. The pups from my dogs litter that he's been able to keep track of are also getting it done. We're planning on meeting up at Bluetick days this year to hopefully see how these dogs do against the rest. Now if this snow and this polar vortex would just go away we can get back to hunting!

Jeff, Everett Dalton doesn't hunt anymore. He might still have a hound tied in the woods from his breeding. Last I heard he only had one hound. (Not sure about that) You could call him or Ernie Golding, from that same area, might be able to help you. Everett raised a lot of dogs that made coondogs, but were never in the public eye. I feel like they could point you in the right direction.

i have some of that blood here in pa. i should have a litter in a month.

Yep. My pups dam is out of Treetalkin Smoky and Smokin Blue Dolly. Sire is out of Daltons Blue Ridge Jack and Blue Ridge Flash. Jacks sire was Droop, who won PKC World Hunt (I think) twice.
Yes please put me on a list of potential buyers for a pup. We do want another but am not sure we will be ready.

I have a smokey x Katie male in my kennel. He doesn't walk on water , doesn't let me look at a coon every time he is hunted, and is no where near perfect. However he cannot be bought lol. I have had a handful out of smokey and hunted with some off smokey. Really like what he throws

Everett Dalton has a litter mate female to the sire and old Flash but Jack has died of old age and a male out of Jack and a Junk Yard Dog female

Thanks everyone for you responses. Sounds like this blood isn't super well known. Just wanted to find out a bit more on where my dog came from is all. I dont think you really ever hear about some of the best dogs out there. Not saying mine is but i am super happy with how he's been doing so far.
