If you have used Safeguard for goats on dogs. Do you use 1cc per 5 lbs for three days? I have used it and I want to use the right amount.
I have lost my directions.

your link did not work.

Pyrantel Pamoate = 1cc/10 lbs (Strongid/Nemex)
fenbendozole = 1cc/5 lbs x 3 days (Panacur/Safeguard)
Ivomec = 1/10th of 1cc per 10 lbs. (60# dog would get 6/10ths of 1cc)
Prazinquantel is 180mg/25kg (Droncit)

Cynthia - I tried the link after I posted my message, and it worked then.

It was a link from another coonhunter's post, and I just copied the link from that, so maybe that is why it does not work for you.

I just now tried it again after reading your post, and it worked.

I'm not sure why you aren't able to see it, but if others are not able to access the link, just type:

www.beaglesunlimited.com

and go to the "health" section listed on the site menu. There is a lot of good info there, including the dosages.

Littletown, because you copied the link from a post, the entire link was not copied. Most forums shorten long links so when you copy a link from a post, it only copies the short version thus results in an invalid link.

The link does open to the site, but since the link was not the full link, it opens to a page not found on that site. If you click on the link you posted, you will see that.

Yes 1cc per 5lbs 3 days in a row then again 7 days from 3rd ...breaks egg ,larva, pupa , worm lifecycle. The just treat once a month re-do 3 day cycle every few months.

Cynthia - YES, that is the exact link.

Something is weird, because when I clicked on the link earlier (both times), everything came up as it was supposed to.

Then, I read Buckshot's post, and went back to click on my same original link (that worked fine the first 2 times I clicked on it).

THIS time (the third time) I tried my link, it did exactly what Buckshot said it did.....it said "page not found".

How can it work some times, but not other times ??
