School shooting in Connecticut.

It is a sad day and my heart goes out to these families.Being a teacher myself and in a community where a school shooting took place I really feel for all that are involved.It will be hard on everybody in the community in some way.It is truly a sad day.You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Been watching the news at work, I cant even wrap my mind around it. I have a 5yr old little girl and a 3yr old little boy. Its sad that we cant drop our kids off at school and leave knowing that they are safe. My heart goes out to all that have been effected by what has happened. PRAYERS FROM FLORIDA.

Just when u think your life is crap, something happens that reminds you of all the things you should be grateful for. I am grateful my kids are safe and heartborke for those that are not. I was raised to know that the Lord forgives those who ask and have him in their hearts, I hope he didn't ask and is burning as we speak!

Someone mentioned school and it being a safe place for our children. Safe like, airports, courthouse or a government building? We accept armed security in so many places but shudder at the thought of it in our schools. One teacher with a concealed carry, only God knows if it could have made a difference but, Knowing my friends who are teachers I am sure they would have tried. We take God out of our schools then, ask why God allows such things to happen.

Such a tragedy, I pray those beautiful children are with the Lord, away from all this senseless violence.
