yes i have last coon season. walking into the dogs it smelled like something died and rotted. we shined the tree and shot the coon,it was him doing all the stinking. i guess he was just old and didn't have any manners left.

You notice a Billy Goat or barn smell in the middle of the woods, he's close. You hear him rattle, you better be moving....LOL
Got a whiff of another on the trail out, and ran over one 50ft from the truck leaving.....I figured that one turn loose would be enough. Guess they know that cool spell is comming thru and ther moving.

For you Walcur guy's breaking your hound off of deer!!!
You are only to keep hound and goat tied together in the kennel- NOT IN THE WOODS!

Hey Houndster-
You southern boys ever go into a tree and find out its a brush pile with a 400 pound jet black coon with an attitude in the middle of it? You might like to make that mess in yo britches boy and get on your way. That pound and a half might be the difference between you makin' it back to the truck and bein raw bear meat for lunch. Sho nuff, son.
I got coon that'll squash your rattle snakes to potato pancakes. You wouldn't be the first southern boy I sent home with wide eyes in the fall.
LOL Tell it Joe.
Shoot I drop my load of Butter Beans and corn bread and I'd run like a deer......LMAO Aint gonna take on no 4oolb black coon with no 22stinger......lol I'll just keep my snakes...
