Sorry to hear about the loss. I lost one the same way 2 years ago . Just bought him , never had him in the woods. Put him on a chain in the yard and lighting got him.

Ya Jammie what a shame. I hunted with him almost everynight in the last couple of weeks and he was REALLY looking good. I don't believe that I ever saw the young dog miss. John and Brian were really excited about his future. I am sorry for their loss

I got to hunt him for a few months in NC and he could flat out tree coons.Brian had him doing great from what I hear.

Sorry to hear that. It is hard to loose an old dog that was the right kind but it is even harder to loose a young one so unexpectedly. I lost one the same way a couple years ago that was a nice hound. He was two and had made him ntch. Taken away way to young. Again, sorry for your lose. That is a big pill to swallow.
